The Local Government Infrastructure Plan (LGIP) outlines Council’s strategic approach for delivering essential trunk infrastructure required to support urban development, ensuring it meets the desired standards of service in a coordinated, efficient, and financially sustainable way.

Across the LGIP program of works, Complex Consulting Group has provided a range of key services, including serving as Project Manager throughout the design and construction phases of the LGIP Water Quality Improvement Program, which involved upgrading multiple stormwater quality improvement devices across the region to enhance environmental outcomes and meet regulatory requirements.
